We have revised the recipe so that allergy sufferers can also enjoy our Elisen gingerbread. The result: Elisen Lebkuchen without flour, without eggs and without other animal ingredients, but still with a full taste!
Enjoy the delicious gingerbread without hesitation and without a guilty conscience - you will not see a difference in terms of appearance or taste!
INGREDIENTS:
Hazelnuts, almonds (at least 40%), sugar, chicken egg white, marzipan (almonds, sugar, water, invert sugar), lemon peel / orange peel (lemon peel, orange peel, glucose-fructose syrup, sucrose, acidifier: citric acid; antioxidant: sulfur dioxide), Dark chocolate couverture: only for chocolate cake (cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier: soy lecithin E 322), honey, apricot jam (glucose-fructose syrup, dried apricots, sugar, gelling agent: pectin; acidifier: citric acid, spices), spices Ammonium bicarbonate E 503 (staghorn salt); Salt, wafer (potato starch, corn flour, pregelatinized corn starch).
