Mini Elisen gingerbread - single packed
These Elisen gingerbread are the mini version of the delicious Elisen gingerbread from Nuremberg. They are available in two different flavors which you can choose from.
The gingerbread is individually welded in a transparent cellophane bag. On request, the bag is also available with a golden clip closure or with a red bow on it.
INGREDIENTS:
Hazelnuts (core content 38%), sugar, egg white , marzipan (sugar, almonds , egg white powder ), orange peel (glucose-fructose syrup, orange peel, lemon zest, sucrose, acidifier: citric acid, antioxidant: sulfur dioxide ), gingerbread spice, bee honey , Couverture (cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier: soya lecithin , vanilla flavoring) (for chocolate icing), raising agent: sodium bicarbonate, wafer ( wheat flour, wheat starch ).
ALLERGENS:
Contains nuts, egg, soy, gluten and sulfur dioxide .
Chocolate coating (with chocolate icing) may contain traces of milk .
