Individual Shipping Service

We ship for you! 

With our individual shipping service, company mailings are no problem. We send many products directly to your customers from our range. Heartfelt giveaways and branded promotional gifts can be sent individually to multiple shipping addresses with our service. 

If you want your product to be individually packaged for shipping but prefer to handle the shipping yourself, simply order our Individual Packaging Service.

Your product will be packed professionally (packaging inserts available upon request)

Individual Packaging including Shipping

• Suitable for products up to: 
  • Size: Longest x Shortest side max. 50cm
  • Weight: max. 1.5kg  
• Shipping within Germany
• Additional costs apply for shipping abroad and will be calculated later:
  • Shipments to EU countries: Total price 24.90 EUR / per package
  • Shipments to Europe / non-EU countries: Total price 34.90 EUR / per package
  • Prices for shipments to non-European countries should be requested in advance
• Prices for heavier individual shipments or outside Europe on request!

Optional Package Insert

Upon request, we can include inserts with the items - such as greeting cards or promotional items.
The optional insert must be sent to our address at least one week before the shipping date. 

• A) Not Addressed

All recipients receive the same insert, e.g., a card saying "Merry Christmas!"

• B) Addressed

Each recipient receives an individual insert, e.g., a card saying "Happy Holidays Mr. Müller!"

Important:

• Shipping addresses must be provided in Excel format using our template.  [Download template here (CSV/Excel)]
• Any shipping returns will be kept for resolution for 30 days and then sent to the billing address. The cost for this is 15€ per package plus any international fees per package.
